I saw many new projects in the works at the Sandpipers Resort, no not just on paper but in production , where do I start? Well most logical point are the new apartments that I saw that seem to be 80% finished at the time of my visit in the Aug of 07 and fit right in with the community having all top notch every thing; large rooms: a nice eating area and easy out the door access to the community, it is a nice sized apartment it had much room for one person or for a young family of 4, the kitchen had me sold, I love to cook I mean cook, not just hot dogs or a burger, so the kitchen had me bug-eyed. All they needed is a BQ pit out side and bam, I am in line.

The Sandpipers Resort has a big face lift underway, from new pave roads nice to go jogging on, ample room for you and a car to pass by. full R V Hook ups: large 30’ by 50’ sites and there are other things in the works according to management.

Their seemed too be a lot of trust here as I noticed some RV’s seem to be left by the winter Texans (who seem to show up in winter time, to avoid the cold in their state or country so hence the name Winter Texans) the yard was well maintained, adding to the a well cense of peace.

The big hot tub is nice to see after one has been on the road for a while, and a new one is in the plans, to be put next to the Heated Olympic style pool a better way to stay in the pool longer.
I saw a new community center with a big cooking area, that’s always good for a community to come together and share.

Did I hear WiFi yes! You have it, or should I say, Yes they have it! A new computer room was all most done when I have a visit with them. Along with a new gym and showers are in the plans the current gym is ok to stay in current shape. And the showers are fine Visit their web site more information of the resort.

The new owners at Sandpipers are aiming to making this club a must stop on your list, with a friendly welcoming committee waiting to greet you.

Over all view: 3 ½ stars I believe once all construction is finished it should get a 4 stars rating
The resort is a resort in the making! tuck away for privacy it is a small drive and if you get lost like I did, call and they will tell you how to get there, well I called few times and I had a GPS! it was a good thing the staff are help full and friendly It is aimed at an older age group with good security in place, yet I can see young families coming here and enjoying some sun also, just an extra word, there is no children’s play area or kids pool but there are many great thing to do as a nudist at this resort with all the space you can bring your own inflatable kids pool with you, or volley ball net, it seems like the staff is open to many ideals JUST be sure to ask management what is allowed before you come.

With the new owners in place this resort is going to be a winner if all the plans unfold this is going to be a must stay place. As I saw it major construction was in place yet not once did it affect my visit or enjoyment
